As a movement coach that specialises in Pilates, Pelvic Floor Health, Baby Massage & Baby Yoga, I have decided to create a course that will focus on all of the above.

Working with you and your baby to give you the chance to connect & feel confident in your post natal body whilst giving you the tools to work with your baby and their needs.
