FEEDING FOUNDATIONS

Feeding Foundations provides evidence based infant feeding support for expectant parents and families with new babies in Cheshire, Trafford and the Greater Manchester area. My aim is to help you feel confident, informed and supported as you feed and care for your baby.

I offer personalised 1 to 1 infant feeding and breastfeeding support, tailored to your family’s needs.

I can help with breastfeeding challenges, mixed feeding, expressing and pumping, bottle feeding, reflux, colic, starting solids, and navigating feeding during important transitions such as returning to work.

Many parents also benefit from reassurance around normal infant feeding patterns, baby behaviour and sleep, helping you better understand your baby and feel confident in your feeding journey.

Support available includes:

• Antenatal feeding preparation sessions – group or 1 to 1 support to prepare for feeding your baby and get breastfeeding off to the best start

• Postnatal infant feeding consultations – practical and compassionate support with breastfeeding and feeding challenges

• Support with feeding transitions – including introducing a bottle, returning to work while breastfeeding, weaning from the breast and starting solids

Consultations can take place in your home, at a convenient local location in Trafford, Manchester or online.

I also run a weekly free infant feeding support group at Antz in your pants Altrincham, offering a welcoming space for parents to ask questions, share experiences and receive evidence-based support.

Feeding Foundations supports families locally across Trafford, Manchester and surrounding areas, with online support also available.
