Pregnancy yoga is a lovely nurturing practice helping prepare your body for birth. Come and join us at The Nadder Centre, Tisbury 6.30pm - 8pm every Tuesday
Mum and baby yoga is a gentle way for your body to recover from birth. It’s also a lovely bonding time for you and your baby. We finish each session with massage and song time. Every Wednesday morning at The Nadder Centre
Tisbury 10am - 11.30am.
A great way to meet other mums.
No previous experience needed, all equipment provided.
