Description

Dancing Mumma's is a fun dance exercise class to make you feel good, For Mums who want to do something for themselves without having to find childcare. You do not need to have any previous dance experience, it is a relaxed class to have fun and release those feel good endorphins. Bring your baby along, 30 minutes of exercise for the mum and 15 minutes of bonding time with your baby with sensory songs and play. Suitable for mums who are 8 weeks + postpartum (12 weeks for C-section), who have had their postnatal check from their GP and have been given the go ahead for exercise.
