A nurturing, postnatal Pilates class for mothers who want to move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies — without leaving their baby behind. This instructor-led, breastfeeding friendly safe space supports gentle recovery through mindful movement. Sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture and supporting pelvic floor health, with adaptations for all stages of postnatal recovery. Rest, modify, or pause whenever needed. Babies stay close, on the mat, in your arms, or nearby — allowing you to move at your own pace in a calm, judgment-free environment that encourages connection and community.
More than exercise, this is time to breathe, reset, and nurture yourself.
