Description
Come along for a 90 minute session, to learn this wonderful practice and the techniques in full, that will support bonding, towards baby's early emotional wellbeing, to soothe and relax your baby, whilst you encourage their flexibility, muscle development and help to ease some common baby ailments such as colic, congestion and digestive issues.
All sessions with carryOn/calm are instilled in Mindfulness, so we take a few moments for the parents/caregivers to use as quick but effective exercises to also self-soothe and regulate.
