CAPTURE & CALM WALKS CIC

Join Capture & Calm Walks CIC for a relaxed and welcoming Nature Trail at Brabyns Recreation Centre, designed as a simple, feel good day out for families and the local community.

Inspired by The Pig Who Adjusted (and that counts), this gentle trail invites you to explore the outdoors at your own pace, with little moments to pause and notice along the way.

Nature adjusts.

We adjust.

That counts.

🌿 What to expect

• A fun, easy to follow Nature Trail around the surrounding green space

• Little pause points along the way to notice something different

• A small “That Counts” gift when you finish

• Freedom to take part in your own way, with no pressure

🌸 Inside the Centre

You are welcome to drop in and out throughout the session:

• A free family craft table with simple, nature inspired activities

• A women only reflection space, gently held in line with our work supporting women’s wellbeing

• A relaxed space to sit, pause, and chat

There will also be a few small stalls, plus subsidised drinks and snacks available.

💚 Taking part

£2 per person or £5 per family

All money raised goes directly back into supporting our community wellbeing activities.

Collect your trail sheet from the Centre when you arrive, or choose to receive it electronically.

This is a gentle, inclusive session open to all. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times.

This event is supported by funding, helping us keep ticket prices low for the community.
