Description

We’re excited to introduce Mum & Mini: Social Stroll!

A friendly weekly walk for mums-to-be, new mums & mums with young children, designed to create a relaxed space to get outdoors, enjoy gentle movement, and connect with other local mums.

📍 Sanders Park, Bromsgrove

📅 Every Thursday, From 11:30am

📌 Meet at the main park entrance (off Kidderminster Road)

Each session is a relaxed 30/45-minute stroll led by our volunteer walk leader, Mandy.

- Fresh air, gentle movement & friendly conversation

- A chance to meet other mums & build connections

- Suitable for pregnant mums, new mums & mums with little ones

We’d love to see you there, please share with anyone who might enjoy joining!

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothes! Buggies, slings and little walkers are all welcome!
