Mum & Baby Class
A gentle, nurturing class designed for mums and their little ones (advised from 6 weeks to crawling). This session combines postnatal recovery exercises, baby bonding movements, and relaxtion techniques to help you regain strength while connecting with your baby in a calm, supportive environment.

Equipment
All equipment provided, yoga mats, bolsters, and baby-safe props. Just bring yourself and your baby and anything they need for comfort. A blanket is advisable!
Feel free to message for any questions, no previous Yoga experience necessary, just bring a blanket for your baby and come and enjoy!
