BIRTH & MORE LTD

During this 5 week course you can expect to have time to reflect, learn, stretch, rest, enjoy your new baby and make friends. New topics each week to help you learn about your baby, build confidence and gently transition into motherhood.

Each class will be made up of 3 elements:

• Social time to chat to other new mums over hot drinks & homemade cake
• An education topic either around transition into motherhood or caring for your baby and supporting their development
• A mindful moment to pause, breath and calm your nervous system

Suitable for mums with babies under 12 weeks.

There is also plenty of time to ask your questions and I can either provide a listening ear and reassurance or information and signposting where appropriate.

I can also support with feeding questions, both bottle and breastfeeding, and signpost to experts when required.

There is a Bank Holiday during our course - Monday 4th May - where no class will take place. The course will continue the following Monday.
