BIRTH CONVERSATIONS WITH SAARAA

Grab a cuppa and connect! Hosted by midwife Saaraa, these casual coffee meets are a supportive, judgment-free space for pregnant individuals and new mums. Little ones welcome. Whether you want to ask a burning antenatal or postnatal question, or simply want a change of scenery and a friendly chat, you are so welcome here. A gentle, inclusive environment to help you build meaningful local connections.

What to expect: A relaxed, friendly space to chat with other mums, share highs and lows, and enjoy a hot or cold drink that you actually get to finish - and of course have a midwife on hand for any burning questions!

Our golden rule: Show up exactly as you are. Whether your running 15 minutes late, wearing your favourite lounge wear, or bringing a crying baby - you are completely welcome into the circle. We can't wait to see you there!
