BEE INSPIRED MASSAGE NORTH DEVON

A baby massage group in a calming environment for parents to learn baby massage on their own babies.

As a qualified instructor I will be demonstrating how to carry out baby massage on your baby covering both techniques and stretches. There will be information about certain health benefits as well throughout the course. Each week will be tailored to an area over a 3 week course you will learn the whole body for massage and what can help your baby.

Babies can attend from 1 month old through to pre crawling. With a young age this is a great time to bond with your newborn.

Groups are tailored to small groups so they are good for bonding with your baby and there will be time to ask questions at the end.

Parents love baby massage and babies get so much benefit from doing the course. It can help to bond with your newborn as well as giving them some relaxing time to help with sleep patterns, colic, digestion and many more benefits. Parents do see good results. You can attend 1 group or do all the 3 weeks.
