Flow: Antenatal movement & mindset

Prepare for birth with graceful, low-impact movement to support strength, flexibility, and breath. This class blends ballet-inspired barre flow with hypnobirthing principles, and core awareness — helping you move through pregnancy and prepare for labour with calm and confidence.

Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant right the way through to preparing for labour
