A baby sound bath is a gentle, sensory experience that uses the vibrations of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a calming and relaxing environment for both babies and parents, promoting relaxation, bonding, and potentially restful sleep.

Welcome to bring a blanket but mats are provided. There is space for prams and pushchairs. Please arrive at least five minutes early so we can start promptly.
