The International Association of Infant Massage programme is truly unique because it is centred around you and your baby. It’s not about following a routine, it’s about learning to recognise and respond to your baby’s cues, adapting your touch to meet their ever-changing needs.

Throughout the course, we explore how each massage stroke supports different body systems. This allows you to respond to your baby in a meaningful way supporting digestion, easing discomfort, encouraging relaxation, and deepening your connection. It’s a beautiful way to strengthen your bond and truly get to know your baby.

Massage, when applied sensitively and respectfully, can bring a sense of calm, closeness, and reassurance even during more challenging moments. You’ll be guided through options and adaptations, always with your baby at the centre.
