Our Absolute Beginner Adult Ballet is designed for those completely new to dancing so you don't need any experience just a willingness to have a go!

No dancewear or ballet shoes needed gymwear/comfortable clothing and socks are fine.

Come and see how good ballet can feel at any age or ability and discover the benefits dancing can have for your mind and body.
