What Postnatal Fitness with Hayley says
Postnatal Fitness with Hayley is a body weight and resistance band workout focusing on strength, stretching and mobility. We will do both upper and lower body strengthening, but mainly working on glutes, core and pelvic floor. We will make sure the babies are always entertained, either using them as baby weights, or they can just chill with some toys whilst you get on with your workout. I am a pre and postnatal personal trainer so I have lots of experience with helping ladies with different aches and pains after pregnancy. So if you want to work on anything specific then just let me know and I will incorporate it into the class. The aim of this class is to help you feel stronger both mentally and physically, and to also meet some other mums to chat to and enjoy your workout with!
You will need to bring your own yoga mat/towel for this class. As well as a blanket for your baby to lay on. Make sure you wear comfortable workout clothes and bring some water.
