As a qualified Personal Trainer with specialisations in pre & postnatal exercise and nutrition, my passion lies in helping new mums like you prioritise their wellbeing.

When I became a mum myself, I quickly realised the unique challenges that come with balancing the demands of motherhood and self-care. Initially, those precious naptime moments became my sanctuary, a window of opportunity to focus on my fitness and overall health.

Understanding the struggles and time constraints that many new mums face, I embarked on a mission to create Mums In Motion. It's born from my own experiences and my commitment to empowering you to achieve your fitness goals, no matter how hectic life may seem.

With a deep understanding of the postnatal body and the importance of safe, effective workouts, I will deliver carefully curated fitness classes. These classes are designed to help you regain strength, boost your energy, and, most importantly, prioritise self-care during this incredible journey of motherhood.
