Mini Athletics is the first of its kind. First and foremost, it is so much fun! However, Mini Athletics is so much more than that. Through 3 progressive classes, children go on a fantastic journey in athletic movement. They are introduced to the basics of athletic movement skills (running, jumping, throwing) in a play based yet structured format.

About

'I'm Lara and myself and my team of Coaches, Alyx, Maria, Laura, Melissa, Alissa and Maisey teach all Mini Athletics classes in Beckenham and West Wickham.

Sport and fitness is a big part of all of our Coaches lives and we're so pleased to be able to pass on and share this love to all the children we teach each week, whether in a nursery, class or school.

Sport builds confidence. It can form friendships. It offers a sense of achievement. And the best thing for us as Coaches is watching the smiles, joy and happiness of the children as they experience all 3 in class.

Myself and my team all hold Enhanced DBS Certificates, Child Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications and I also include some Makaton in my classes too. We can't wait to welcome you to class.
