LUPA

Community, conversation, and connection — beyond motherhood

What Lupa says

LUPA is a community built around real connection, in person. In a world that so often keeps us busy, isolated or connected only through screens, LUPA exists to bring women back together — face to face, conversation to conversation.

Motherhood is the shared thread. It’s the starting point, the common ground that makes walking into a room feel a little easier. But what grows from that thread is something deeper: friendships formed through shared time, honest conversation, laughter, vulnerability and simply being in the same space together.

LUPA creates gatherings that feel relaxed, welcoming and thoughtfully held. There’s no pressure to be anything other than who you are. Whether you arrive knowing someone or not, you are met with warmth, openness and the opportunity to connect naturally.

This is community built slowly and intentionally — through showing up, sitting together, and allowing relationships to form in real life. Because meaningful connection doesn’t happen through a scroll. It happens in the room.
