KINETIX ACADEMY TODDLER & PRE-SCHOOL PARKOUR

Our Toddler & Pre-School Parkour sessions are specially designed to give little ones the perfect start in movement, confidence and coordination — all through play.

These fun, structured-but-flexible sessions introduce children to the foundations of parkour in a safe, supportive and engaging environment. Using age-appropriate equipment, soft obstacles and imaginative games, children explore climbing, balancing, jumping, crawling and landing — building essential physical skills without even realising they’re “training”.

At Kinetix, we understand that early years development is about far more than movement. Our sessions support:

• Gross motor skill development
• Balance, coordination and spatial awareness
• Listening and turn-taking
• Confidence and independence
• Social interaction and teamwork
• Risk awareness in a safe setting

Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace. There is no pressure to perform — just gentle encouragement from our experienced, friendly coaches who understand how to nurture confidence in young children.

We create a positive, energetic atmosphere where every small achievement is celebrated. Whether it’s jumping independently for the first time, balancing across a beam, or simply building the confidence to try something new, every child progresses in their own way.

Our sessions also provide a wonderful opportunity for grown-ups to bond with their child, meet other local families and become part of our welcoming Kinetix community.

Kinetix Academy is a purpose-built movement facility in Witham, Essex, designed to inspire children to be active, resilient and confident from the very beginning.
