HOME-START COTSWOLDS

We work with families across the Cotswolds district, providing 1 to 1 support within the family home and through our group work. We run two Groups:

- Baby & Me is for parents and their babies aged 0-6 months.
This is a set of 8 weekly sessions, covering lots of topics such as feeding, play & communication, first aid and sleep. It's always a warm and welcoming group, allowing you to meet others, chat and share experiences (all whilst enjoying a cup of tea!). We move the sessions to different locations across the Cotswolds each term, and throughout the year we will typically hold groups in Bourton-on-the-Water, Moreton-in-Marsh, Tetbury, Lechlade and Fairford. You need to pre-register for our Baby & Me Group, it isn't a drop-in session.

- Reconnect is for Mums experiencing challenges to their wellbeing, such as anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, stress, OCD or postnatal depression. It's for Mums with a child aged 0-2 years and we provide a creche place for your child (in the same building) so you can have some time to fully focus on the sessions, which include things like craft, journaling and identity work. It's a safe space for you to meet others, share experiences and take some time to focus on yourself. Like our other group, it's not a drop-in so places must be pre-registered with us.
