What HENRY says

We run group workshops and a 8 week Programme for parents of children up to 5 yrs. All of our support for families is underpinned by the HENRY approach to supporting behaviour change which helps parents gain the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to help the whole family adopt a healthier, happier lifestyle and to give their children a great start in life.
