Counting Kids offer fun, high energy educational maths classes for pre-schoolers aged 2-4. Every Counting Kids class is based on the 6 key concepts of early mathematical development. Research shows that early mathematical knowledge predicts later reading ability, as well as general educational and social progress.

About

Hi! I’m Olivia — a mum of two, a qualified primary school teacher, and the owner of Counting Kids. I’m passionate about making early learning joyful, playful, and accessible for every child.

With a background in education and a love for helping little ones thrive, I joined Counting Kids to inspire confidence, curiosity, and a love of early maths in preschool children. My fun and engaging classes are designed for 2–4 year olds and combine music, movement, play, and song to make learning feel effortless — children often don’t even realise they’re building essential skills!

I run classes across venues in Hertfordshire and also work directly with nurseries on request, bringing the Counting Kids magic straight to your little learners.

My goal is simple: to give children the tools they need to thrive before they even start school, while helping them develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Every class is packed with energy, excitement, and opportunities to build valuable early maths skills — all while having fun. Because when learning feels like play, children learn best.
