Our Nurture Mornings offer a balanced session for both baby and mum. The first half hour focuses on sensory exploration, including textures, colours, recognition, sensory storytelling, and baby massage techniques to support early development and bonding. The second half creates space for mums to pause, connect, and prioritise their own wellbeing in a warm, nurturing setting learning life changing baby massage techniques in a casual- come as you are environment.

This is more than just a meet-up — it’s a safe, nurturing space where motherhood and parenthood is celebrated in all its forms.

From sensory play and baby massage to postpartum wellbeing support, each session is designed to help your baby explore and develop while giving you the chance to slow down, breathe, and connect .
