Teacher with 10 years antenatal & hypnobirthing teaching experience, birth & postnatal doula.

Taught monthly across 4 evenings - 7:30pm-9:45pm.

Group classes in Tring. Private classes across Herts, Beds & Bucks within half an hour of Tring.

Class sizes are limited to ensure you get the focus your pregnancy & birth need and so you feel comfortable asking questions.

Science based understanding of birth physiology, Hypnobirthing techniques, understanding your birth options & empowering you to advocate for yourselves, but also to work with your caregiving team.

Courses for ALL births. Our aim is to give parents the knowledge to navigate their birth with confidence, however it unfolds. It's not about drug-free births only, but a positive experience where parents feel supported and happy.

I'm Leanne! If you're reading this, congratulations on your pregnancy. I would love to help you prepare for having your baby.

I have been teaching antenatal & hypnobirthing classes for 10 years now. I am also trained as a birth & postnatal doula.

I come from a science background and firmly believe that once you understand how your mind & body work, everything makes more sense and becomes 'easier'.
