Bourne Fitness offers a number of training options including small group fitness classes and one-to-one personal training in our private fitness studio, on Tooting Common, and in the comfort of your own home.
We are happy to have re-launched our popular parent and baby fitness classes: Bumps, Babies and Barbells - offering strength and conditioning classes for parents (or parents-to-be) to focus on their own fitness while bringing their babies along. These classes are led by pre- and post-natal experienced instructors who will create a warm and welcoming environment for both you and your little ones.
