Boogie, bond and blossom in creative movement classes for parents, carers, babies & toddlers (0-3 yrs). Using rhythm, music and play, each class inspires wellbeing, exploration and meaningful connection.

The classes naturally flow between uplifting and energising, fun and exploratory and gentle and calming. We encourage self-expression, freedom in movement and allowing you and your little one to blossom.

Expect self-care, movement and flow for yourself, creative discovery and developmental dance with your little one all in a nurturing and vibrant space. Feed, change, and rest whenever you need. No experience needed. Come as you are.
