**Boogie, bond & blossom** together in a feel-good, nurturing movement class designed for both you and your little one.

Blending gentle rhythms, music and sensory play, we explore movement and dance in ways that support your child’s natural development. Babies are invited into sensory exploration and early movement, while toddlers begin to experiment with their own shapes, styles and ways of moving. Throughout, the focus is on connection between you and your child, and within a warm community of parents.sharing simple dances and playful movement that gradually become familiar, allowing confidence, creativity and flow to grow over time.

As the weeks unfold, you may begin to notice growing confidence, curiosity and joyful interaction as your child becomes familiar with the space and routine. This is a space where there’s no pressure to get it right. You’re invited to follow your child, move in your own way, and simply enjoy being together.

**What if my baby cries or needs feeding?**
That’s completely welcome. You can feed, change, comfort or pause at any time.

**What if my toddler doesn’t join in?**
That’s very normal. Watching, wandering and coming back are all part of how young children engage.

Can I come with more than 1 child?
Yes—this class is designed to support families with siblings. You can move between children without pressure.

Do I need a baby carrier?
No—babywearing is optional

Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Just come as you are!
