Welcome to Baby Bonding With Sarah - Baby Massage classes based in Winchmore Hill.

Join me to learn skills to help soothe your baby and strengthen the bond between you, in a welcoming and friendly environment. My Baby Massage group classes include guided relaxation for the grown ups, guided massage for your baby with songs and rhymes and time for parents to chat over home made cakes with refreshments.

The power of touch enhances emotional and physical development. Gentle, rhythmic strokes help your baby feel safe and comforted, promoting:

Hello!

I am so pleased to welcome you to Baby Bonding with Sarah. I’ve worked with children for over eighteen years, starting my journey as a Nursery Nurse, caring for and supporting little ones. I hold an NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning, and Development, and for the past five years, I’ve worked at St Paul’s Primary School, Winchmore Hill; three of those as a Teaching Assistant in reception, helping young children settle into school life and grow in confidence. Most recently, I’ve gained a qualification in baby massage, allowing me to combine my experience with my passion for supporting parents and their little ones.

As a mum of two, I know just how special those early days are. I loved taking my own children to baby classes - bonding with them, learning new skills, and making friendships along the way. That’s why I have created a warm and welcoming space, within Winchmore Hill, where parents and carers can relax, connect, and enjoy quality time with their babies through the magic of massage.

Each session is designed to be calming, supportive, and beneficial for both you and your baby, helping with development, relaxation, and strengthening your bond. I’m excited to share this beautiful experience and welcome you to my baby massage classes!
