We focus on:
• Reconnecting with your pelvic floor and deep core
• Improving posture and relieving tension from feeding and carrying
• Building strength safely after pregnancy and birth

All exercises are carefully adapted to your stage of recovery, including post C-section support.

Babies are always welcome. Feeding, cuddles, and naps are all part of the class, and there’s time to connect with other local mums too.

No previous Pilates experience needed.
